Stanley has been providing durable, functional products for over 100 years. In order to ensure that the product is made with good faith, we will replace it with the same product if there are any defects such as the loss of heat and cold retention.
The product is affixed to the product with a "quality labeling sticker" issued by a Japanese authorized importer specified in the product images.
Some products such as parallel import goods are different, and are not involved. Therefore, there is no regulation sticker on the marketplace.
If the product is defective, please contact the shop directly.
If the same product is not sold, we may exchange it with the same product.
Excluding initial defects, damages caused by impact such as drops, defects when product is modified, and parts such as plug and gasket are not covered under the warranty.

Please be careful of pranks.
When filling with hot beverages, please be careful with burns.
Please wash thoroughly before using for the first time.
Do not store drinks for a long time.
When using a dish washer or dryer, please check the instruction manual (English language not guaranteed).
Please use dish detergent.
After use, please make sure to clean the inner plug, cap, cap gasket, stopper cover, and screw washer cleanly. This may cause rot, mildew, odor transfer, and discoloration. It will also cause your drink to leak.
Can be washed completely, but do not soak (leave in water).
Do not use in microwave or oven.
