The base plate is only designed for Zf cameras and is secured with 1/4" screw and has full access to the battery compartment. Slim base plate only 0.3" (7mm) thick blends perfectly with elegant Zf cameras without adding bulk. Made of aluminum, durable and lightweight, the non-slip silicone handle provides a comfortable and secure grip when taking handheld shots. The base plate can be quickly mounted to a tripod head with Arca-shaped antigrout or a tabletop camera mount with 1/4" screw. Cold shoe can be attached to small accessories such as mini microphone or LED fill light. The base plate also has a brass shutter button which makes it more tactile to push the camera shutter
