Using the scallop outline this ensures that the teeth of the belt are completely and precisely enters the pulley groove, so if the pulley direction is reversed, the belt will not move in the groove. For best performance, at least 6 teeth have contacted the pulley for a certain period of time, the chances of slipping is minimized.

1. Do not fold the product in order to avoid damage to the skeleton material which may adversely affect the strength of the timing belt.
2. Avoid contact with chemicals (strong oxidative acid, especially like concentrated sulfuric acid).

4. When replacing the timing belt, the belt cannot be removed unless the tension of the belt is reduced to the minimum level.
