The Fredric Effects Deeply Unpleasant Companion is a further improved version of the famous Shin-Ei FY-2. For guitar models "Unpleasant Companion MKII", Deeply Unpleasant Companion is developed with base in mind.
Equipped with a clean blend circuit to handle the hot demands of basists. The circuit itself has also been adjusted so that it can be used to make sure the low frequency is possible.
Clean blends into fuzz sound and never lose a core even with classic fuzz sounds. Furthermore, the buffer used in this blend circuit, creates a more clear tone than normal MKII.
