Description
Yamaichi is an obsession of traditional handwork.
To make Chinese pizzazz, first simmered Kiso Hinoki flesh board to soften it, and use a wooden roller to bend it round.
The rounded hinoki board is made of multiple layers depending on the size, making it thick on the sidewalls, and the multi-layered hinoki board strong bound in stainless steel.
This creates a strong and durable Chinese Wok.
The lid is braided from bamboo mesh. One layer has a lot of steam leakage, so the double layer of bamboo weave makes it the perfect lid for Chinese wok.
Compared to the Chinese cedar wood made in Taiwan and Chinese cedar wood, the Chinese flower is made in Japan. It is extremely durable.
How to maintain after use:
Carefully wash with a powdered cleanser and scrubbing (sasara is recommended).
Rinse thoroughly and dry in a well-ventilated area.
When dry, store in a paper or cotton cloth.
