Description:

Round dies are suitable for re-threading existing screws on hard materials such as metal or creating new screws with soft materials such as plastic. Used for threading mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, alloy steel and carbon steel. Suitable for general purpose threading and maintenance and repair work. Conical lock hole, strong lock, no loosening. Round die has excellent abrasion resistance.

Die-stock handles help repair broken bolts and screws, removing bolts and threaded rods when used with round dies. With adjustable screws, the die stock holds the round die firmly and is easy to operate. Made of 45# carbon steel, it has better hardness, strength, and deformation resistance than regular A3 steel.

Align the positioning groove of the die with the fixing screw in the middle of the die wrench and insert the screws into the slot of the die to tighten. The tools you need for hand tapping work can improve the efficiency of threading. In order to make it easier to get out of the cut hole, it must be flipped every 1/4 to 1/2 turns. When you hit the screw, you need to add appropriate lubricant to the edge of the die
