The DriverGenius MIDIPHILER II is more than just a 4i / 4o USB MIDI interface (or a 4-port USB-MIDI hub). In standalone mode, it can work as MIDI splitter (MIDI Thru-4i / 4o) or MIDI merge box (2i / 4o). Just supply power from USB interface and use the dedicated mode switch button to choose the mode you need, and it can be used as a 2-4 merge or 1-4 split box. MIDIPHILER II features a robust and elegant aluminum housing with 8 port status LEDs and 1 X function switch button for all applications. You can use multiple MIDIPHILER II units simultaneously to expand the number of MIDI ports. This is the best solution if you have only one MIDI input on a device such as a computer or sound module and need to join MIDI signals from multiple sources (such as a master keyboard, hardware sequencer, guitar to MIDI converter).
