This earthpot uses rough and rough skin directed by Karu Watanabe.
Iga soil, the earthenware itself firmly stores heat to the core of the food and allows it to penetrate the heat to create delicious dishes without letting the taste escape.
As the predecessor of "Earth and Glaze can be used the same mountain", the artisans of Iga have carefully crafted each one by one, using the glaze that can be removed in Iga.
Not compatible with electric heat and induction cookers (IH etc.)
Features:
There may be cases where the glaze may be thin or unglazed areas.
You can see penetration, glaze bleeding, unevenness, and shading.
The unglazed surface of the unglazed surface makes the soil rough, and the fine sand will spill out. As you use it, the sand will gradually become inconspicuous
Only products that have passed the quality standards of the manufacturer.
