·If it is damaged due to normal use, please provide us with the records of your purchase and the photos of the damaged area, address, name, model and color you can confirm the date of purchase.
Replacement will be shipped after approved by Stork Corp customer department. If you lose the TOP CAP, EYE SAVER (cover at the tip of the shaft*) and EYE SAVER (cover at the end of the rib).
*Senz°Micro has no EYESAVER.
**The dedicated storage bag (sleeves) is not a spare part.
Due to the cause investigation, the defective product may be returned.
Any unintended use or intentional damage will not be covered under the warranty.
The 2-year **period begins with the date of purchase and will not be reset after receiving the replacement.

Unfortunately, most defects are caused due to the use of Senz°Umbrella. Especially if you feel snagged when you open it, please loosen the umbrella fabric and slowly open.
