How to set delay:
x10 short, x100 short shows the range of 1-10 seconds
x10 short-circuit, x100 short-circuit, no short-circuit indicates a range of 1-100 seconds
x10 is not short-circuited, x100 is shortened to indicate a range of 1 to 1000 seconds.
x10 Short, x100 Short shows range of 1 to 10000 seconds
At this point you can adjust the potentiometer R4 and adjust the time
