The brake arm is offset on the outside to avoid rims when installed with 5.5J wheels (8" and 10") with rear drum brakes.
Prevents 5.5J wheel rim and brake rod interference.
Please be sure to use with drum brakes.
Depending on the length of the swing arm or the use of the back step may require modifications such as bending the brake rod.
Bend the brake rod to avoid interference with the rim.
If you have an old car body, the spline may be damaged and difficult to get in.
If you have painted the brake panel other than the original color, it may not reach deep depending on the thickness of the paint and the fixing bolt may not pass through.
Compatible with joint pin diameters of 0.5 inch (12 mm).
