This insole features 3 functions to relieve the burden on the sole of your foot during sports.

The convex in the center of the insole maintains the shape of the metatarsal arch and relieves the burden on your feet.
Cup Shape:
The cup shape of the kakato part holds the foot in the correct position that tends to be unstable in the shoe.

The back of the kakato part is made of highly impact resistant zurin (high performance polyurethane foam).

How to Use:
Please choose according to your shoe size. If it is large, please cut the 0.2 inch (5 mm) width cut line on the back of the main unit.
Place the fabric surface on top of the shoe
If the sports shoes have a removable footbed, please remove them before using them.
Alternating the two feet of the insoles will provide a longer lasting effect.
