If you are sitting back far enough, the BackJoy will not distort when you press down on the edge of it with your thumb. How to sit: 1. Sit with your posterior on the rear portion of the BackJoy. 2. Position your thighs forward so that the tips of the BackJoy touch the chair. 3. If you feel that the pelvis in an energized position, it is a sign that you are sitting correctly.
