The soft material is full of volume, and the material is different from tulle, so it is gentle on the skin without being scratchy. The front side has 3 levels to increase the volume. For the reverse side, we recommend a pannier that is about 2.0 inches (5 cm) shorter than the skirt. For those who need extra volume, we recommend wearing 2 pieces!
