(Amendment of the Safety Regulations and Special Education Regulations) The full harness type of crash prevention equipment is based on the principle, but if the full harness wearers may reach the ground in a crash (height is less than 6.6 ft (2 m) or less) you can use the "torso belt type (single string"). Workers who do the following task must have special education (4.5 hours of academic and 1.5 hours of accomplishment).
