The bush rubber itself has a variety of hardness, but the elasticity of the bush rubber can be adjusted even with the tightening strength of the kingpin.
The hardness of the bush rubber and the strength of the kingpin will determine the turning performance of the skateboard.

Hardness of bushing rubber
Bush rubber changes in performance depending on hardness. The larger the number, the harder the bushing rubber.
The larger the number, the harder it becomes the same as wheels.
Rigid bushing rubber wont tilt easily for added stability
Soft bushing rubber makes turns super smooth and deep turns.
Some people like the hardness of the bushing rubber, and some prefer fine, quick turns in a soft setting, and some people feel that it is easy to run with a firm and stable ride.
