Drum type inner suspension kit for factory type front fork

3 types of length for monkey drums: effective length 16.5 inches (420 mm), effective length 17.3 inches (440 mm), effective length 18.9 inches (480 mm) (normal length).
Spring length is the same, only the length of the inner pipe is different.
Effective length 16.5 inches (420 mm) and effective length 17.3 inches (440 mm) is red spring color, and the effective length 18.9 inches (480 mm) is yellow spring color.
The color only appeals to the difference between normal and custom length lengths, so there is no difference in the spring rate.

But! The hydraulic damper is unmatched!
The hydraulic damper mechanism has also been modified by KEPSPEED and the so-called "Chinese feel" does not feel dust.

It is very easy to replace.
Simply loosen the dust seal and the sass top bolt on the bottom of the outer case and the inner mechanism will slide through.
Just apply a generous amount of grease, insert and tighten with the reverse process.

Effective Length: 16.5 inches (420 mm) → From the top of the fastener to the center of the axle 7.1 inches (180 mm)
Effective Length: 17.3 inches (440 mm) → From the top of the fastener to the center of the axle.
Effective Length: 18.9 inches (480 mm) → From the top of the fastener to the center of the axle.

Inner pipe diameter is 1.0 inch (25 mm).

【Installation Instruction】
Please assemble it at a custom specialty shop such as 4mini shops.
The fork type is compatible with our product and the earliest screw in seal type.
Remove the existing inner mechanism by loosening the dust seal and the sass top bolt at the bottom of the outer case.
Apply enough grease to the spring part of this kit and remove and reapply the same step.
At this time, please firmly insert the inner rotating protrusion into the dents of the outer layer.
After replacing the inner mechanism, please check whether there is a fault/interference in the related parts of each part of the device and make sure to tighten the parts thoroughly.
There may be slight changes in specifications for each product. Please note that the product may differ slightly from the product image.
Please pay attention to the so-called "initial looseness" occurrence and perform frequent inspections to avoid unexpected troubles.
