Description

Features:

Unlike coil-type inserts, no front tap is required.
Not only does it require a front tap, it also has self-locking function for metal materials, resin and wood, so it is resistant to looseness due to the removal of the screws.
In addition, it can achieve the abrasion resistance and high pulling strength required for any partner. The threads between the split grooves (or three holes) are weaky depending on the taper angle, so they work to bite the reverse direction of the enzart.
Unlike split groove models, the enzart will not roll up, making it suitable for both hard and soft parts.
Although it is basically used for resin and aluminum, it may be used with iron or heat treated aluminum if used with a tap.
[Use]

Enzart is mainly used for aluminum alloy materials and all plastic materials commonly used for screw stubborn with direct taps.
● Compensates for the mechanical strength of the relatively low strength thread material and acts as a reliable fastening part.
