How to use:
Stopwatch Timer: In normal walking state, press M key to enter timing state. If the stopwatch display is not zero, press D key to stop timing, press S key to reset to zero
Time, Calendar and Alarm Display: In normal walking state, press D to display month, date, week, press S to display alarm time.
Setting Time and Calendar: Under normal walking state, press the M button 3 times to enter the time state. Seconds and day displays flash at the same time. Press S to select minute, hour, date, month, week, second. After the adjustment is completed, press the M key to return to normal state.
