Comodoro DOUBLE RAT BASS is the evolution of RAT BASS, a pedal designed for use with electric bases based on a black distortion pedal, known as the classic distortion pedal. Specifically, 2 mices were put in the same box. Especially made with higher gain at low frequencies. Can also be used with guitars.
The two RAT BASS can be set each of a different setting and then switched instantly with the foot switch.
The RAT 1 section on the right side of the main unit has a parallel effect loop that also activates the effect loop when RAT 1 is activated. There is also a switch to change phase for mixing in parallel.
The RAT 2 section on the left side of the main unit is a simple RAT BASS. If you do not use the effect loop, there is no difference between RAT 1 and RAT 2.
The BLEND knob blends clean signals to create cored tones. The clean signal is buffered by JFET opire amplifier to avoid signal loss.
Counterclockwise clean signal increases distortion signal clockwise Each one can create the smallest and maximum clean only and distortion only.

The FILTER knob is opposite to the original model, counterclockwise to cut high range. The construction is the same cut style as the original model, and if the maximum clockwise is not affected by the filter.
In addition, the center switch allows you to select clipping options. The 4148 is a silicone diode, which has a strong distortion, and the LED has LED clipping, which makes the dynamics wider and slightly less distortion. The center bypass the clipping to deliver the highest volume sound.

VOLUME: Adjust the overall volume.
FILTER: Adjust the tone high gamut
DISTORTION: Adjust the intensity of distortion.

Switch: Switch clipping.
180/0 Switch: Switch phase of effect loop in RAT1 section.
Foot Switch (Right) Select RAT1 and RAT 2.
Foot switch (left) effect ON/OFF.
The internal trim pot allows you to adjust the volume of RAT1 and RAT2 but is basically no operation required because it is properly calibrated during shipping.
Comodoro DOUBLE RAT BASS is powered by a standard center negative DC 9V adapter. Does not use batteries.
