These waterproof trekking shoes are recommended for 3 seasons of low mountain hiking and day trips. The upper material uses CODURA ECO, a 100% recycled material that is environmentally conscious and durable and lightweight. The North Faces exclusive waterproof and breathable membrane "HydoroSeal" is used to prevent rain from entering, while allowing stuffiness. Rubber material mud guards from the toe to the heel to protect your feet. The CRADLE heel technology features a supportive part that surrounds the heel to absorb impact when landing, reducing lateral vibration. Combine with a rigid midfoot shank plate for a comfortable stride. By using a last with room in the toe, you can protect your toes, and get a grip on the ground with your toes. The outsole uses Vibram XS-Trek rubber that can handle high grip in dry and wet conditions. A pair of shoes that are easy to wear even as first mountain climbing shoes with excellent fit and stability.
