To prevent electric shock, make sure to turn off the projector and unplug the power cord before replacing the lamp.
To avoid the danger of severe burns, please cool the projector at least 45 minutes before replacing the lamp.
When removing broken and sharp glass pieces of lamp, please be careful not to hurt your finger or damage the internal components.
Do not touch the empty lamp case when removing the lamp to avoid finger injuries and image quality deterioration caused by touching the lens.
This lamp contains mercury. Spent lamps should be disposed according to municipal recovery rules.
Please use genuine BenQ replacement lamp to ensure your projector is fully functional. Using a lamp other than the original equipment may have adverse quality and safety effect on the projector body. Any damage or failure to the main unit that is not used with the original lamp will be made with a free repair within the **period.
Never stand under the lamp socket as the lamp debris may damage the human body or eyes when replacing the projector lamp upside down on the ceiling.
When handling damaged lamps, make sure the room is ventilated. We recommend wearing a mask, protective glasses, goggles, or face shield and other body protection such as gloves.
