SUPER EASY MOLDING 4STEP:
1. Clean the mouthpiece with a toothbrush or something else.
2. Place the mouthpiece in about 10-15 seconds. Please note that hot water is about 166°F to 90°C. Please note that the hot water may not work well if it is too hot.
3. Place the mouthpiece into your mouth and bite it firmly.
4. Remove the mouthpiece from your mouth and let it cool down with water.
Comes with a dedicated case: This case is very portable. Please wash the mouthpiece with water or brush after use.This may cause the growth of bacteria.
