It replicates the sound dUG developed in the 80s, and combines high end distortion and low end bases. With two modes, the DP-3X not only achieves the tone of the dUG but also reproduces the traditional bass amp sound.

DP-3X dUg Pinnick Signature
The DP-3X is a signature model that was created in collaboration with the Tech21 and dUg. The Ultra Bass 1000 Signature Head.
Both have been reproduced the sound dUG originally developed in the 80s, and combine high end distortion and low end bases.
With two modes, the DP-3X not only achieves the tone of the dUG but also reproduces the traditional bass amp sound.
The 3-band Active EQ converts the tone to a very aggressive and covers a wide style tone.
GAIN switch increases distortion and compression when set to MIX mode.
DRIVE control adjusts gain and overdrive levels.
COMP is a FET based analog compressor that is styled from 50s to 60s.
Low/High is Tone Control.Cut/Boost up to ±18dB
MID/SHIFT is an active tone control that can cut/boost up to ±18dB
CHUNK adjusts high range distortion levels.
VOLUME adjusts the output volume.
The XLR is a balanced output of low impedance.
TUNER enters tuner mode by pressing the foot switch.
